Flowers are natural products.

Photographs on our website are intended to represent the style, colour palette, size and overall presentation of our products.

Natural variations in flower size, colour, shape, bloom stage and arrangement are expected.

Handcrafted arrangements may therefore differ slightly from photographs.

3. AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTIONS

All products are subject to availability.

Fresh flower availability may vary according to season, weather, market supply and quality.

Where a particular flower, foliage, wrapping material, vessel or decorative element is unavailable, we may make a reasonable substitution of comparable style, quality and value while preserving the overall design and value of the arrangement as closely as reasonably possible.

Where a proposed substitution would materially alter the nature or value of the order, we may contact you where reasonably practicable.

4. PRICES

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. Any change will not ordinarily affect an order already accepted by us, except where permitted by law or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.

Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed or communicated as appropriate during the purchasing process.

5. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
